Ursa 
This is my baby, Ursa. She was just 9 years young when she
contracted, then died from bladder cancer. We tried
everything, including chemo, to no avail. Her symptoms initially
were frequent urination, with only drops coming out. She would need
to go out approx. every 2 hours to try to pee. I am telling you all
this so that you watch for the symptoms & go to the vet for an
ultrasound. She had the most aggressive type, TCC. However, catch it
very early & you can buy some time. I lost my baby 1 month after
diagnosis. I had a vet treat her for a bladder infection & send
her home. When she did not get much better, we took her to a new vet
who gave us hope. Ursa even liked him.
Ursa was the smartest Miniature Poodle ever. She was
the Queen of the house. I promised her I would not let her suffer
& difficult as it was, I kept my promise. Now my heart is
shattered, as are my son & daughter's. We loved her
dearly & received more love in return. I called her my "circus
dog" as she was able to “perform” many tricks for visitors. She
loved everyone & didn’t have a mean bone in her body. Her
whole body was happy when we came home. We are struggling to get
through this day by day, minute by minute. Things will never be
the same.
