Sweet little Jerry was found with his brother George by a lake in
Tempe Arizona at four months old. They were obviously dumped there
and left to die. A friend brought them to me because she had two
pretty aggressive dogs. So what started out as a foster until I
found a home, it was pretty obvious they found a home for eight
years. George had gone blind and lost and I about three weeks ago.
Jerry had a pretty bad arthritis. His poor little body couldn’t
take anymore. I did everything in my power to keep him well and
the vet had put him on medicine which gave him another year. Rest
in peace my little man. We miss you ,your brother misses you and
Layla, Lucy and Sam miss you. I know you are not in pain anymore
but I can’t say the same about me. Fly free little buddy. 💔
Jewel and
Diamond, 9/2000 & 2/2004 to 5/2018 & 11/2022
In Memory of Jewel and Diamond
5/11/2018 and 11/12/2022
Both my Babies (Shih Tzu) are together at the Rainbow Bridge. They
were my first dogs as I had always been a Cat Mommy, and had a Cat
at the time I got Jewel. But I fell in love with them both
the minute I saw them. Jewel had what seemed to be the
biggest belly when she was a Pup and loved when I would kiss her
belly. She loved being held like a baby and would just lay in your
arms (until she got tired, lol!). She had the most beautiful brown
eyes, so big and bright and could melt my heart every time she
wanted an extra treat. Diamond also had beautiful brown eyes, and
had the shortest legs. She loved laying flat on the floor with her
legs spread eagle and just taking charge of the house, and giving
out kisses for days; my Peanut. I so miss coming home and
they are not at the door waiting for me to pick them up to plant
my Mommy miss you kisses and they licking away telling me the
same. Well it’s been 4 years and I still think about Jewel
very often and now I will be missing Diamond just a much. I so
wish I had more time with my Babies as they were more than just
pets, they were my hearts. I can say that Jewel and Diamond left
this Earth Loved and they so Loved back not just leaving memories
for me to always hold onto but 8 beautiful paw prints forever
engraved on my heart.
Until we see each other again, my precious Belly Baby and Peanut.
